MY ROLE
Senior UX/UI Designer
As the first designer assigned to the GetirFinance domain upon its establishment, I played a key role in shaping the project from the ground up. I worked closely with stakeholders, including the CEO and executive team, participating in strategy meetings and leading the design direction. My primary focus was on onboarding processes and dashboard areas, but I maintained end-to-end ownership of the entire design journey.
We delivered one of the most significant open banking projects in Turkey and the EMEA. Our onboarding flows were 20% faster to complete compared to competitors, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

DOB: DIGITAL ONBOARDING
- The finance onboarding flow encompassed 128 different completion scenarios, necessitating intricate user flows and interconnected pathways.
- The primary objective of this comprehensive flow was to enable as many users as possible to access credit or debit cards, factoring in their creditworthiness scores. Additionally, it aimed to offer a second chance to users with limited financial service access due to low scores, helping them improve their financial standing over time.

ONBOARDING FLOWS
- The primary goal was to ensure that users could complete the onboarding process as quickly and easily as possible, in line with the brand's core values.
- After an intensive effort, the onboarding flow was optimized to its shortest possible version. Compared to similar flows from our competitors, our designs reduced the completion time by an average of 20%, which significantly improved our completion rates.

GeTIRJOBS Summary
CHALLENGE
In the GetirJobs domain, which provides map-based services for both job seekers and employers, our main objective was to create a job platform that connects nearby opportunities, enabling users to take swift action and achieve results efficiently.
MY ROLE & Impact
Sr. Product Designer
I joined the GetirJobs team to contribute to the product's development, serving as the sole designer within the squad. During this time, I focused on the map interface, profile pages, and filtering screens.
One of my key achievements was the redesign of job seeker profile pages, which led to a 57% increase in profile completion rates, a critical success metric for the platform.
